Position : Human Resource - Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Human Resource Intern to join our HR team and support end-to-end recruitment processes. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hiring, HR technology, and process automation while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interviews and assessments.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and reports.
- Support the team in ATS / HRMS implementation, data migration, and testing.
- Brainstorm and contribute ideas for HR process automation and improvement.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience by following up and communicating effectively.
Requirements
Pursuing MBA / PGDM in HR or any Graduation stream (for unpaid internships).Interest in Recruitment, HR Operations, and HR Technology.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to HR tools is a plus.Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.Key Learnings for the Intern :
