Job Description : Technical Lead – App Development (Generative AI)

Location- Noida / Pune / Bangaluru / Hyderabad

Experience Level

  • 6+ years in AI / ML development
  • 2+ years in Generative AI (GenAI)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Generative AI Developer to join our team as a Technical Lead – App Development . In this role, you will spearhead the design and deployment of custom GenAI applications, leveraging LLMs, multimodal models, and advanced prompt engineering. You will collaborate across teams to deliver intelligent, scalable, and impactful solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom GenAI applications using LLM models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini).
  • Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific business use cases.
  • Build and integrate APIs for GenAI services into web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into GenAI-powered features.
  • Implement prompt engineering strategies to enhance model performance and reliability.
  • Evaluate and integrate open-source and commercial GenAI tools and frameworks.
  • Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and model safety in all deployments.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), JavaScript, or other relevant languages.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI .
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) .
  • Solid knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures .
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
