Job description

Job Title : Supervisor Robotic

Location : Bangalore

Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Location and shifts

o Bangalore

o 3-month training in Bangalore

o Immediate joiner

o 1 or 2 years of experience .

Professional Background and Experience

o Possess relevant industry experience and a deep understanding of our business needs.

  • Basic knowledge of robotic systems and their operation
  • Familiarity with sensors (RGB / Depth cameras, LiDAR, IMU, force sensors, etc.)
  • Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) and Linux environments
  • Understanding of data logging, annotation, and management workflows
  • Ability to use data transfer and storage tools (e.G., FTP, cloud platforms)
  • Knowledge of IoT devices, communication protocols, and network troubleshooting
  • Basic scripting skills in Python for data handling and automation (optional but preferred)
  • Experience with field deployment, calibration, and testing of robotic hardware
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.G., Git) and documentation tools
  • Awareness of safety protocols and compliance in field robotics environments
  • GIT, Linux, Python, C Language, Cloud platforms. . these are some essential skills
  • Linux command line tools
  • Docker knowledge, beneficially programming

  • Owning the full set of Machinery Installation.
  • Planning of Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown maintenance & improving MTTR & MTBF of machinery.
  • Proactive decisions on surprise breakdown and required spares.
  • Responsible to attend the break downs and preventive maintenance of the machines.
  • Responsible for the preparation of the technical specification related to machinery and electrical equipment.
  • Hands on knowledge in trouble shooting the PLC’s, HMI, Drives etc
  • Follow Spares and safety stock maintenance to avoid unwanted machine stoppage.
  • Experience in robot calibration and programming.
  • Good knowledge in analysing the electronic circuits
  • Preparing failure analysis report to highlight issues to management.
  • Troubleshoots down to the component level, repairs and documents all failures.
  • PLC field IO troubleshooting.
