What You’ll Own
As a BDE, you’ll get hands-on exposure to all tasks related to Business Development, including :
- Market Insights – Conducting research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Outreach – Reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, and networking.
- Client Understanding – Doing discovery calls to understand client needs.
- Business Enablement – Supporting in proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Client Engagement – Handling client-facing conversations under guidance.
- Process Management – Keeping records updated in CRM systems.
- Relationship Building – Learning how to nurture relationships and contribute to business growth.
What Sets You Apart
Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.Prior internship in sales / BD is a plus, but not mandatory.The Persona We Value
