(Urgent Search) Sales And Marketing Specialist

Job descriptionManage social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Create engaging content : reels, testimonials, case studies, and infographics Collaborate with design teams or agencies for creatives and brand identity Manage website SEO and drive organic traffic Write or coordinate blogs around property management, rent automation, PG business tips, etc. Track analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) and improve website visibility Build partnerships with brokers, PG chains, and real estate agents Plan local activations near universities, tech parks, or rental hubs Attend expos, real estate fairs, or student housing events Analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI Suggest growth strategies and market insights Work closely with product and sales teams for alignment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 1–4 years of experience in digital or SaaS marketing (real estate sector preferred) Strong understanding of digital ads, social media, SEO, and content marketing Excellent communication and creative thinking skills Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, CRM software, etc. Knowledge of property management or PG industry Experience with influencer or campus marketing Video editing or storytelling skills Startup mindset — proactive, adaptable, and result-oriented Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 / month (depending on experience) Performance bonuses and growth opportunities Noida Full-time | Remote options available.

Job Purpose
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Professional to plan and execute strategies that attract landlords, property managers, and PG owners to our platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand building for SaaS or real estate tech products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Generate qualified B2B leads (landlords, brokers, PG owners)
- Run remarketing and drip campaigns to increase conversions
- Optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value)
