Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement chapter-wise assignments focused on recall-based learning.
• Create engaging lesson plans that emphasize concept understanding and memory retention.
• Encourage students to recall, summarize, and express what they've learned rather than just revising.
• Conduct motivational sessions to boost student confidence, discipline, and goal orientation.
• Use interactive methods — quizzes, flash recall, discussions, and storytelling — to reinforce learning.
• Track and evaluate students' performance through recall tests and verbal recitations.
• Build a positive and encouraging classroom environment that promotes curiosity and enthusiasm for English.
• Provide individual attention and mentorship to help students overcome academic and personal challenges.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to align lesson plans with curriculum goals.
