Job Description :
We are hiring an experienced Workday Test Lead to manage and execute testing efforts for Workday payroll configurations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday Payroll testing, global payroll vendor integrations, and downstream system validation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end testing for Workday integrations with global payroll vendors.
- Validate Workday payroll configurations including pay groups, period schedules, allowances, and other payroll components.
- Perform integration testing with downstream systems like General Ledger (GL) and Time & Attendance systems .
- Create, manage, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts , and defect tracking reports .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
- Ensure testing compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Deliver test reports and provide inputs to improve the quality and efficiency of testing processes.
