Admin Supervisor

Role Summary : Oversees central kitchen administrative operations (non-cooking). Focus on hygiene, equipment maintenance, process compliance, and quality checks. No direct cooking responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols (FSSAI compliance, internal audits).
• Conduct regular quality and maintenance checks of equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to kitchen SOPs and workflows (ingredient receipt, storage, temperature control, dispatch).
• Coordinate with procurement / supply for maintenance schedules and spare parts.
• Maintain documentation for hygiene audits, servicing logs, QC checks.
• Support operations in process compliance across units.
• Train staff on hygiene and process standards.

Required Skills / Experience :

Good administrative, coordination, and audit readiness skills.
