About the Role We’re seeking a visionary Capability Lead – Databricks to join our Data business leadership team. This strategic role is focused on building and scaling our Databricks capability, driving technical excellence, and delivering high-impact data and AI / ML solutions. You’ll collaborate with clients, delivery teams, and technology partners to shape our Lakehouse strategy and lead innovation across engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Databricks-based offerings, accelerators, and reusable frameworks
• Lead solution architecture for proposals, RFPs, and strategic pursuits
• Provide technical oversight on Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Structured Streaming
• Guide delivery teams on best practices, CI / CD, and performance optimization
• Build and mentor a high-performing Databricks talent pool
• Partner with sales and pre-sales to position Databricks solutions
• Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and innovation initiatives
