About the Role

Lead the architecture and development of our hospitality communication and operations platforms ( HotLync & InfraLync) powering 900+ hotels globally. You’ll build scalable microservices, real-time voice integrations, and lead a team of backend and frontend engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Architect Node.js + PHP (Laravel) services for cloud and on-prem integration

Design and maintain real-time systems using WebSocket / Socket.IO

Integrate Asterisk ARI / SIP / VoIP APIs for our call-centre module

Guide React Native web + mobile teams in component structure and performance

Implement secure, optimized REST / WebSocket APIs (JWT, Redis, rate-limiters)

Drive CI / CD and cloud infrastructure on AWS

Requirements

6+ yrs in Node.js and / or PHP (Laravel) backend

Strong knowledge of WebSocket, Redis, MySQL, and API design

Hands-on experience integrating voice systems (Asterisk, FreePBX or Twilio)

Experience in SaaS, multi-tenant or high-availability systems

AWS / Docker / Linux proficiency
