About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Process Manufacturing Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive domain knowledge in SCM, particularly within Process Manufacturing, and a proven track record of successful implementations. This role requires close collaboration with both business and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver robust SCM solutions that meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert functional consulting for Oracle EBS SCM and Process Manufacturing modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM implementations, system enhancements, and support projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, design effective solutions, and configure SCM applications within Oracle EBS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, and project management to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Oracle SCM solutions.
- Utilize domain knowledge in costing and inventory management to enhance SCM processes and deliver optimized solutions.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end-users and business teams.
- Identify gaps and recommend process improvements leveraging Oracle EBS functionalities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM modules and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Experience :
Experience : 10 to 15 years of hands-on functional consulting in Oracle EBS SCM modules, with a strong focus on Process Manufacturing.Domain Expertise : In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Management processes within a Process Manufacturing environment.Implementation Experience : Proven experience in full lifecycle Oracle EBS SCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.Costing Knowledge : Solid understanding of costing principles within Oracle EBS (preferred but not mandatory).Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling complex business challenges.Client Management : Experience in managing client expectations and providing exceptional consulting services.Work Hours : Willingness and flexibility to work in US time zones as per business requirements.(ref : hirist.tech)
