Job descriptionMinimum 6 years of functional experience in Oracle HCM. At least 4 full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations. End-to-end implementation experience in at least 2 Oracle HCM modules. Familiarity with Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology) and OUM (Oracle Unified Methodology) phases and documentation. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and clients. Experience with Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) or Core HR modules will be an added advantage. Candidates with UK Payroll specialization in Fusion HCM are strongly preferred. Candidates based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, or Noida are preferred. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be prioritized. Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Develop and customize Fast Formulas for various HCM processes. Support payroll processes, with a focus on UK Payroll configurations and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation aligned with AIM / OUM methodologies. Deliver presentations and training sessions to client teams and stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues during implementation and post-go-live.

We are seeking a Senior HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly with UK Payroll experience - a significant advantage for this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations and demonstrate strong technical skills in Fast Formulas, alongside familiarity with Oracle implementation methodologies such as AIM and OUM.
