About the Opportunity :
Leadsoc Technologies is seeking a highly experienced GPU Validation and Automation Engineer to join our advanced semiconductor validation team in Hyderabad. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with deep technical knowledge of GPU architecture, low-level programming, and automation frameworks.
As part of our GPU validation group, you will be responsible for building and executing automated validation frameworks, developing test environments, and ensuring the functional accuracy, performance, and reliability of next-generation GPU and AI accelerator platforms.
This position demands hands-on expertise in Python / Shell scripting, Linux-based validation setups, and an understanding of GPU compute frameworks such as ROCm, OpenCL, or CUDA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, enhance, and maintain GPU validation frameworks and automation scripts using Python / Shell.
- Design test plans, workflows, and CI / CD pipelines for GPU validation and performance benchmarking.
- Perform low-level validation, debug, and root-cause analysis of GPU functional issues.
- Work closely with hardware and driver teams to validate GPU features and firmware updates.
- Validate and optimize AI and ML models on GPU platforms for performance and accuracy.
- Automate regression testing, result collection, and reporting using continuous integration frameworks.
- Maintain GPU lab infrastructure and ensure smooth integration across multi-platform validation setups.
- Document validation strategies, test cases, and performance reports for internal reviews.
Required Technical Skills :
Strong scripting and automation proficiency in Python and Shell (mandatory).Hands-on experience with Linux environments and CI / CD frameworks (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).In-depth understanding of GPU architecture, PCIe, memory management, and parallel computing concepts.Familiarity with ROCm, OpenCL, and CUDA programming models.Low-level programming experience in C / C++ (preferred).Strong debugging, validation, and performance analysis skills.Exposure to AI / ML models, frameworks, and GPU-based compute optimizations.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.Proven experience in GPU or accelerator validation environments.Strong understanding of system-level hardware-software interaction.Prior work experience in semiconductor, SoC validation, or AI compute architecture projects.Behavioral Competencies :
