LOCATION : GURUGRAM

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Excellence Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Excellence Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving client queries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle real-time on-trip queries from customers.
  • Manage escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport providers to resolve urgent issues.
  • Provide immediate assistance for any itinerary changes or disruptions.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with customers to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Document all queries and resolutions for continuous service improvement.

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 yrs in proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Strong Customer Support and Communication skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and provide clear, empathetic responses.
  • Good Analytical Skills for identifying patterns, solving customer issues, and providing actionable insights for service improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle large volumes of communication, and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
