Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an intern with a strong academic background in sustainability, ESG, environmental studies, or climate science, who is passionate about helping others discover and navigate careers in this field. You’ll be part of our learner support team, guiding prospective students toward the right upskilling pathways.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling : Speak to potential students (via calls, WhatsApp, and email), understand their background and goals, and recommend suitable Greenmentor programs.

Outreach & Engagement : Support in organizing and hosting virtual info sessions, webinars, and Q&A sessions to explain course content, tools, and career outcomes.

Follow-Ups : Nurture leads by providing timely and accurate information and resolving their queries about our offerings.

Learner Insights : Capture common student needs or concerns and share inputs with the academic and marketing teams to improve outreach and content.

Community Support (Optional) : Assist in managing learner communities and discussion forums.

Eligibility Criteria

Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in sustainability, ESG, environmental studies, climate policy, or related fields

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Clarity in explaining ESG concepts and the value of skill-based learning

Comfort with tools like Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Workspace

Prior experience with peer mentoring or student counseling is a bonus
