Automation tester with dynamics 365 CRM

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Tester with hands-on experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium, and a solid understanding of CRM workflows, customizations, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Dynamics 365 CRM using Playwright or Selenium.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing across CRM modules.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Ensure test coverage and quality assurance across customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of Agile teams.
• Continuously improve test automation strategies and frameworks.
