Job Description : Bid Desk Executive
Key Responsibilities (Priority Tasks)
A) RFP Analysis & Summary Preparation
- Read, understand, and interpret RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, Corrigenda , and other tender documents.
- Prepare clear, concise, and structured RFP summaries highlighting eligibility criteria, scope of work, financial documents, technical requirements, and critical deadlines.
- Share the summary with internal stakeholders (sales, technical, finance, legal, etc.) for alignment and action.
B) Government Tender Coordination
Work extensively on Central, State, PSU, and other Government tenders .Coordinate with relevant internal departments to gather technical, commercial, and compliance inputs.Maintain timely communication on tender updates, clarifications, addendums, and submission timelines.C) Documentation & Compliance Support
Assist in the preparation of tender documents, forms, annexures, declarations, and compliance checklists.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all bid submissions.Maintain an organized database of government tenders, documents, and submissions.D) Communication & Follow-Up
Communicate with vendors, partners, and government portals for queries or clarifications.Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.Candidate Profile
Male / Female professionals already working in the Government vertical will be preferred.Strong understanding of the government tendering ecosystem.Excellent reading comprehension skills and ability to interpret technical & legal documents.Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.Ability to work under strict timelines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with government e-procurement portals is a plus.Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.1–4 years of experience in Bid Desk, Tender Management, Sales Support, or related roles.
