We’re hiring an SEO Team Lead

to develop and execute effective SEO strategies for our clients. The role involves managing a team, optimizing websites for better rankings, traffic, and conversions, and collaborating with content and design teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and implement SEO strategies to meet business goals.

Conduct technical, content & UI / UX audits.

Perform keyword research, competitor & industry analysis.

Monitor site performance via GA4, GSC & GTM; implement & track CTAs & conversions.

Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, schemas, internal linking).

Oversee link-building & content optimization.

Manage GMB setup & optimization; push for client reviews.

Analyze traffic, rankings & lead data; create monthly performance reports.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on SEO trends.

Proficient in SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

Skilled in executing on-page SEO through coordination with the web development team.
