(3 Days Left) Event Operations Manager

1. Seamless management of all physical, hybrid and virtual elements (on-site production, speaker coordination, logistics management, vendor management, layout planning, recce, virtual event execution etc) for projects managed by Created Business (Redcell, Greycell, Greencell, Exhibitions, sports etc).

2. Campaign management – plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote various initiative and events executed by CB

3. Pre-empting crises and managing the same on the go

4. Prepare event / project costing

5. Management of vendors (event agencies– immediate and last-mile wherever required), other media,

6. Seamless coordination with internal stakeholders – Business Development teams, Creative, B&C, Finance, RAD etc.

7. Understanding of the events market and updating team on latest news in that space.

8. Process Purity – Ensure internal processes are adhered in letter and spirit

9. Liaising – Coordinate with external bodies (govt and non-governmental) for permissions depending upon type of event

10. Handle special assignments and projects as per organisational requirements

Requirements :

1. High passion towards events and activations – physical / digital / Phygital

2. Right attitude with ability to work with a highly cross-functional team

3. Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done, systematic in approach, work on the ground with varied categories of people, eagerness to learn the unknown & attempt the unchartered

4. Experience in visualising events and translating them to on-ground / digital experiences

5. Ethically strong with good moral values

6. Ability and experience in managing multiple events parallely

7. Around 5-7 years’ experience in managing various kinds of physical, phygital and digital events – large format, activations, musical, conferences etc

8. Should have good contacts in the market w.r.t vendors especially

9. Experience in liaising with external agencies and various departments at the time of the event

10. Should speak, read and write Tamil and English (skills with more languages is a bonus)

2. Agencies who are into activations, organising music shows

3. Crew adept with TV production like reality shows etc

4. Production managers of movies (maybe)
