Job description

Spectra Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated MuleSoft Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and integrating enterprise systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on global integration projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build integrations between multiple on-premises and cloud-hosted systems.
Identify, analyze, and design integration flows using Mule ESB Anypoint Studio.
Own and manage the technical delivery of MuleSoft solutions within scope, time, and budget.
Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT program managers to enhance business applications.
Develop Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for new architectures and integration approaches.
Participate in Agile sprints and deliver high-quality integration features.
Provide production support and resolve middleware-related issues.
Liaise with onshore teams and clients to address technical dependencies, risks, and issues.

Requirements

6–8 years of strong experience in MuleSoft integration development.

Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Components (Transformers, Choice Router, Scatter-Gather, Batch Component, Database / File / HTTP Connectors, Web Service Consumer, ActiveMQ & VM Queue).

Experience with Mule 3.x.x or 4.x.x versions.

Proficient in building and consuming REST and SOAP web services.

Experience with MuleSoft API Manager and API toolkit.

Strong skills in Java, Groovy, JSON, XML, and flat file handling.

Experience with GitLab and CI / CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of security protocols such as Basic Auth, WS-Security, SAML, and OAuth2.

Experience deploying MuleSoft solutions on-premises or hybrid environments.

Good knowledge of SQL Server and message queue technologies (ActiveMQ).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

MuleSoft Certified – MCD, MCPA, or MCIA (mandatory preferred).

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of Java / Spring Framework or Microservices architecture.

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms.
