Job descriptionStrong SAS programming skills – data extraction, manipulation, and validation. Proven experience in testing or validating credit risk or decision engine strategies (e.g., application, behavior, or collections strategies). Hands-on experience with UAT management , test planning , and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM). High proficiency in MS Excel for validation, reconciliation, and reporting. Solid understanding of credit risk management processes and decisioning frameworks (scorecards, rules, cut-offs, overrides). Experience in documenting testing results , preparing summary reports, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and coordination of UAT for credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations.
- Conduct Decision Integration Testing to validate end-to-end strategy logic, inputs, outputs, and decision outcomes.
- Perform unit testing of individual credit strategies or rule components to confirm correct implementation of business logic.
- Use SAS to extract, validate, and analyze test data, comparing results against expected outputs.
- Prepare and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test result documentation for all testing cycles.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based validation templates and reporting to support business stakeholders in reviewing outcomes.
- Support go-live readiness through UAT sign-offs and ensure audit-ready documentation of results.
