What You’ll Do :

• Design, develop, and optimize processes for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical production.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure process efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot process-related challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and review process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Support scale-up activities and technology transfer from lab to commercial production.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance process performance.
