Job Purpose

Designs and delivers scalable data analytics solutions by translating business needs into technical architectures. Leads roadmap development for secure, integrated data platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and future readiness. Collaborates across teams, manages risks, and clearly communicates complex concepts while staying updated on emerging data technologies.

Job location: Pune

• Key Responsibilities
• Strong expertise in data modeling (SQL & NoSQL databases)
• Good knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies
• Proficient in SQL and scripting languages like Python/Spark
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Databricks, and Fabric
• Understanding of data governance, security, and access controls
• Relevant cloud/data architecture certifications (preferred)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders
• Excellent collaboration skills within cross-functional data teams
• Strong analytical thinking to convert business needs into technical analytics solutions
• Experience in designing scalable data architectures, pipelines, and platforms
• Deep knowledge of data technologies (cloud platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, analytics tools) for optimal solution selection.
