Job Description
The candidate must have a thorough understanding and knowledge of Legal & Statutory Compliances with respect to laws such as Labour Laws Environment health & safety laws Taxation laws local & municipal laws corporate laws etc.
Responsibilities :
Ability to analyze and interpret the provisions and present views on the abovementioned laws
Should possess good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle small teams.
Should be able to have a discussion with stakeholders at the client site and develop an understanding of business operations
Should be able to prepare compliance checklists of applicable laws to different clients
Ensure project-related timelines and able to lead the team of associates
Should be able to prepare periodic MIS project management
Should be able to conduct onsite compliance reviews
Knowledge of compliance tool
