Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Drupal Project Manager to lead and manage web development projects built on the Drupal CMS platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Drupal development processes. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project management for Drupal-based web development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum methodologies or other relevant frameworks.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Manage client communications, expectations, and feedback loops.
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
• Coordinate deployment and post-launch support activities.
