Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Insurance business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team management, and business development, with a proven ability to drive growth and mentor high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and lead a team of 8-10 highly motivated front-line sales professionals to drive business growth.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture by implementing the digital sales management process and encouraging desired sales behaviors.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the advisor (agent) network and achieve business targets.
• Plan, monitor, and manage the branch / unit’s revenue objectives to ensure consistent growth.
• Regularly review the team's progress against set goals, providing guidance and support to drive success.
• Ensure business quality and persistency, maintaining long-term client relationships and sustainable sales performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

CTC : Upto 13 LPA (Depends on the Interview)
