📍 Location : Pune / Hybrid Model

🕒 Experience : 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

🗣️ Language Requirement : French (Minimum B2 Certification)

About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented French Language Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who are fluent in French and eager to build a career in business operations or procurement to support procurement operations including requisition reviews, supplier communication, and RFQ creation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Translate and communicate effectively in French and English , both written and spoken
  • Support internal teams with French documentation, email handling, and communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations
  • Assist in procurement or supply chain tasks (if applicable)
  • Maintain data accuracy and follow internal processes

Required Qualifications :

  • French language certification – Minimum B2 level (DELF / DALF / TEF / TCF)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related fields)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in French
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    • Preferred (Not Mandatory) :

  • Basic understanding of procurement / supply chain concepts
  • Experience in procurement systems such as SAP, SRM, Ariba, or Coupa is a plus
  • Internship or academic project related to procurement or logistics
