We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage every stage of the supply chain process.
The Supply Chain Managers responsibilities include strategizing and planning supply chain operations, optimizing processes and systems, overseeing purchasing, inventory, transportation and warehousing, and negotiating with suppliers and customers.
Ideal candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of supply chain processes.
The goal is to ensure efficiency and productivity of our supply chain operations in order to meet customer satisfaction and boost our companys profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies
- Oversee and manage complete supply chain process, including purchasing, inventory, transportation, and warehousing
- Analyse and optimize supply chain processes
- Negotiate with suppliers and customers
- Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and distributors
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
- Assess and manage operational and financial risks
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
- Develop and maintain detailed reports of supply chain metrics.

Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role in logisticsSolid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systemsAbility to lead and manage a teamStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent negotiation skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in MS Office and databasesBSc / BA in logistics, business administration or relevant fieldCertification in supply chain management is a plus
