About the Founder : Punj Rajan, an IIT Kharagpur graduate and former BCG consultant, brings a strong understanding of consumer psychology and brand building. The brand is backed by Kae Capital and marquee angels including Harsha (CEO, Swiggy), Malini (CEO, The Deconstruct), and Rinshul (ex-COO, Zomato), giving it both credibility and the conviction to scale globally.

This is a founding seat at the table! We’re looking for a Short-form Script Writer who can turn everyday moments into cultural waves. Your playground will span short-form scripts, quirky productions, character sourcing, and directing video editors to craft content that isn’t just seen but felt. You’ll lead our storytelling engine end-to-end, ensuring our voice stays unapologetically fun, fearless, and vibrant.

What You’ll Do

• Script & Direct : Create scroll-stopping short-form content / scripts that hits the sweet spot between playful and powerful.
• Build Characters : Source and shape on-screen personalities that bring our brand universe to life.
• Creative Direction : Work hand-in-hand with video editors, designers, and the founder to bring bold ideas to life.
• Experiment & Play : Try new formats, jump on trends, and create IPs that spark curiosity and conversations.
• Stay Grounded (Literally) : Be on the floor in Bangalore, brainstorming, shooting, laughing, and creating every day.
