We're Hiring : Cluster Manager - EV 3-Wheeler Financing (Sales & Collections).

Location : Delhi / Bangalore.

What You'll Do :

• Drive sales & disbursement targets for EV 3-wheeler loans.
• Expand business across new markets and geographies.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, dealers & channel partners.
• Lead, train & manage a team of Sales Managers / Executives.
• Ensure portfolio quality, manage collections & keep NPAs low.
• Collaborate with credit, risk & operations teams for smooth processing.
• Track market trends and provide insights for strategy.
• Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy & timely reporting.
