About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing advertising agency. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our exclusive media services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries through research, networking, and cold outreach
- Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Client Engagement
Present and pitch our agency's services including branding, content creation, and integrated campaignsConduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our portfolio and capabilitiesUnderstand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutionsPrepare compelling proposals, quotes, and contractsRelationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referralsAct as the primary point of contact during the sales processFollow up consistently with prospects and maintain detailed recordsNegotiate terms and close deals effectivelyCollaboration
Work closely with the creative, strategy, and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboardingProvide market feedback to internal teams to refine service offeringsParticipate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the agencyRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldProven sales experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, or creative servicesStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsUnderstanding of advertising services, digital marketing, and creative processesSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilitiesWhat We Offer
