Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Recruitment and onboarding : Post job listings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and help with new hire orientations.
- Employee records : Maintain and update employee databases and records, and assist with payroll data.
- Administrative support : File HR documents, respond to employee inquiries about policies and benefits, and provide general administrative assistance to the HR department.
- Policy and reporting : Help in the creation and update of HR policies and assist with preparing reports or presentations.
- Employee engagement : Support the planning and coordination of employee events and training programs.
Qualifications And Skills
Education : Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Problem-solving skills.Knowledge : Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is often a plus.About Company : This is a BPO for career counseling services.
