Job Title : Python Development Lead

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of Python developers.

Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Python.

Manage deployments and performance tuning in Linux environments.

Work on Kubernetes clusters for application deployment, scaling, and monitoring.

Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure high availability and reliability.

Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and security.

Required Skills :

Strong expertise in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI).

Solid experience in Linux administration.

Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (K8s) – deployment, scaling, troubleshooting.

Good knowledge of Docker, CI / CD pipelines, and Git.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
