About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Automation Lead to head our professional services automation team. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of automation scripts for enterprise clients, managing a team of automation script developers, and ensuring successful delivery of automation solutions across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Delivery
• Lead a team of automation engineers / scripters to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery of automation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for automation-related engagements.
• Automation Development
• Design and develop reusable, modular, and scalable automation scripts using no-code / low-code platforms or scripting languages (e.G., Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Integrate automation flows with CI / CD pipelines, test orchestration platforms, and third-party systems (e.G., OTP flows, protected screens, fallback logic).
• Maintain and enhance script repositories, ensuring version control and documentation.
• Client Engagement
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for client teams.
• Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Process & Quality
• Define and enforce best practices for script development, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor automation performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and information security standards.
