Job descriptionDownload request & record details Work on calculations Work / update BSP with final calculation Once accepted provide credit to the pax / staff Well versed with PNR reading which includes PNR, PNR history and interpretation of remarks. IATA UFTAA Certified / Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred Fare Filing & Fare auditing Knowledge – Preferable not mandatory Refunds knowledge / Calculating Refunds / Processing Refund Rules Refunds Processing via BSP / ARC / GDS GDS knowledge Refunds related experience via any Travel Agency / Airline / GDS / Travel Portal / Refunds Back office Process Information of non-refundable taxes and how to read / interpret tax information in Amadeus. Ability to work on Amadeus PNR cases and refund request from BSP link. Good communication skills Knowledge of tickets issued with various Form of payments on ticket like CASH / CC Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications Need to know the general procedure over refund / Under refund cases. Ability to handle all types of refund calculations for exchange / part / downgrade. Willing to work in shifts candidate must not a previous employee of DHL or Maersk, this is mandatory and non negotiable
