Job descriptionEstablish robust governance for configuration changes and workflow approvals. Build data quality and compliance dashboards. Monitor adoption and system hygiene metrics. Lead foundational HubSpot setup and standards documentation. Configure pipelines, dashboards, automation templates, and permissions. Ensure consistency and alignment across teams. Audit and streamline existing HubSpot objects & properties. Prepare migration templates and integrate new business units. Conduct training sessions for SMEs and end-users. Create user guides and documentation. Collaborate with Sales, Service, IT, and Leadership Teams. Present architecture updates and recommendations. 10+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM architecture & enterprise implementations. Deep expertise in Sales Hub, Service Hub, reporting, and workflows. Strong knowledge of scalable data models and governance frameworks. Experience leading CRM standardisation projects in large organisations. Exceptional communication, analytical, and documentation skills. HubSpot Certifications (Solutions Architect, Sales Hub, Service Hub). Experience with data migration and platform integrations.

As a HubSpot Solutions Architect , you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide HubSpot standards , covering Sales Hub, Service Hub, data governance, workflows, dashboards, and more.
You will work closely with Sales, Service, and IT teams to ensure a seamless, scalable, and compliant HubSpot environment.
