Product Design Intern

This is a unique opportunity to learn how enterprise UX works in India’s complex and diverse trade ecosystem , work with senior designers, and gain real-world experience building meaningful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in user research : field visits, contextual inquiries, user interviews, and usability testing with B2B users

Analyze findings to create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints

Contribute to wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma

Help translate offline workflows into digital flows

Support senior designers in creating scalable and intuitive UX for web and mobile platforms

Document insights and design decisions clearly for cross-functional teams

Participate in internal design reviews and feedback sessions

Who You Are

A design student or recent graduate (Product Design, HCI, UX, Psychology, or related fields)

Curious about how India’s supply chains and B2B trade networks function

Comfortable talking to users in field settings (including tier 2 / 3 towns)

Strong grasp of UX fundamentals and design process

Basic proficiency in design tools (Figma preferred)

Thoughtful, observant, and willing to ask questions

Bonus if you understand multi-lingual design or enterprise / B2B UX
