We’re Hiring : Client Servicing Manager

At Magictap, we don’t just execute events – we create experiences that leave a mark. We’re looking for a Client Servicing Manager who believes in going beyond briefs and truly owning every project.

What you’ll do :

  • ️ Be the face of Magictap for our clients, building trust and strong relationships
  • ️ Understand client requirements deeply and coordinate with internal teams for flawless delivery
  • ️ Be on-ground at events, ensuring seamless execution and addressing client needs in real time
  • ️ Work closely with the operations team to ensure all elements come together perfectly
  • ️ Proactively upsell our new products and innovations to existing clients
  • ️ Suggest fresh ideas that elevate brand experiences and position Magictap as their go-to tech partner

Who are we looking for?

2-4 years of experience in client servicing, events, experiential marketing, or advertising

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive problem solver with an ownership mindset – someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do

Comfortable being on-ground at events to ensure client delight

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Someone who understands the value of upselling and can identify opportunities within existing accounts
