Integration Delivery Lead – Digital Backbone

Description GSPANN is hiring an Integration Delivery Lead with expertise in Digital Backbone to drive end-to-end delivery of integration projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time execution. The role involves managing demand onboarding, resources, and risks while guiding teams on integration technologies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the demand management and onboarding process for initiatives using the Digital Backbone for integration requirements.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues.
• Allocate and project resources, including team members, budgets, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Implement and refine Agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery while monitoring KPIs and metrics.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and escalate critical matters when necessary.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment by mentoring, coaching, and supporting professional development.
• Apply knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, events, message queues, Microsoft Azure Integration Services, and SAP Business Technology Platform Integration Suite (SAP BTP IS) to guide technical teams.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standards through effective oversight of testing and validation.
