Team Member-SUPPORT SERVICES-Credit

Regular monitoring of assigned portfolio post disbursement. Key activities are as follows

• Monthly Sales MIS analysis and tracking milestones of sales, construction, collections
• Conducting regular site visits
• Tracking the various covenants and deviations
• Updating deal performance on Quarterly basis with regards to Early Warning Signals.
• Conducting regular review meetings for senior management so that all are aware of key issues in portfolio
• Maintaining escrow details of various security projects
• Undertaking of due diligence for issuance of end customer NOCs.
