We are seeking an accomplished Head of Operations & Sales to lead a premium catering business in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury 5-star hotels, banquets / events, F&B service, or catering operations , with proven leadership in both sales and operations management.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end catering operations, ensuring flawless service for luxury weddings, corporate events, and large-scale banquets.
Drive business development and sales to achieve revenue targets.
Build and manage strong client relationships with corporates, HNIs, and event planners.
Lead cross-functional teams across F&B, service, and logistics to deliver premium guest experiences.
Implement best practices in quality control, cost management, and operational efficiency.
Monitor market trends and design strategies to grow the catering business.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

Experience : 8–18 years in luxury 5-star hotels, banquets, F&B service, or catering business.

Proven expertise in both operations management and sales / business development.

Strong leadership, client handling, and negotiation skills.

Experience managing large teams and high-profile events.

Ability to deliver exceptional service standards in a fast-paced environment.
