Your Role

As the Lead Architect , you will :

  • Head all architectural design projects from ideation to execution.
  • Develop design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualization briefs aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with civil, interior, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and Vaastu compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients to interpret their vision into feasible, aesthetic designs.
  • Supervise architectural drawings, detailing, and BOQ alignment.
  • Lead and mentor junior architects and interns.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure construction follows design intent.
  • Drive innovation in materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices.

    • We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture from a reputed institution.
  • 4–10 years of experience in architecture / interior design, preferably in residential or luxury projects.
  • Strong design sensibility, presentation skills, and project leadership.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and related tools.
  • A keen eye for detailing and passion for quality spaces.
  • Willingness to relocate to Assam and be part of an evolving design culture.
