Job descriptionProcess Improvement : Map custody workflows (transaction processing, account management, corporate actions, safekeeping, reconciliation), identify gaps, and propose automation. Technology & AI Integration : Partner with AI / ML teams to explore and implement use cases that optimize custody operations. Solution Design & Client Engagement : Translate business needs into functional specifications; create demos and collateral for client presentations; Thought Leadership & Knowledge Sharing : Contribute whitepapers, articles, and training sessions to position as a leader in custody technology. 5–8 years of experience in Capital Markets (brokerage, asset management, or financial institutions). At least 2 years of direct exposure to Custody Services (transaction processing, safekeeping, account management, or corporate actions). Strong process improvement and workflow documentation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Certifications : CFA, GARP, PMI, IIBA Understanding of AI / ML applications in custody and post-trade. Experience as a Business Analyst or Test Analyst in financial technology projects. Knowledge of tools : SQL, Excel, Jira, Confluence.
