The Pinkvilla team is looking for a talented, experienced Social Media to work closely with the Leadership, Marketing, and Product team and contribute to the overall social media strategy.

What do you need to do (Role and Responsibilities)

• Develop creative and engaging social media Content that will contribute to user growth and increase the brand reach across all social media platforms for Pinkvilla.
• Manage and meet the business targets in terms of social media reach and user engagement.
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels adapting content to suit different channels
• Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite
• Create engaging multimedia content across our social media platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, X, Facebook, Snapchat etc
• Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook insights, Meta business suite.
• Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
