We are seeking a CRM and Logistics Head to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure timely and smooth delivery of products to customers
• Manage customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Lead customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and oversee CRM platform usage
• Oversee all logistics operations including inventory, warehousing, and transportation
• Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost
• Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance and operational excellence
• Supervise and mentor CRM and logistics teams for peak performance

Qualifications :

Working Day s : Monday to Saturday
