Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven professional to lead and accelerate brand sales across major Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving growth, improving visibility, and managing end-to-end operations on platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and brand performance across all major E-Commerce and Q-Commerce platforms.
- Plan and execute platform-specific growth strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
- Optimize product listings, content, pricing, and inventory to improve visibility and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for demand planning, dispatch, logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
- Track daily sales, stock levels, and operational KPIs across platforms.
- Monitor platform dashboards, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Analyze performance reports, identify gaps, and implement quick corrective actions.
- Build strong relationships with category managers and platform representatives.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, GST slabs, category norms, and onboarding requirements.
- Lead NPI launches, promotional planning, and keyword / content optimization.
- Develop monthly growth plans and platform-wise targets with clear execution timelines.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience managing Quick Commerce business.Strong understanding of platform algorithms, listings, promotions, and backend dashboards.Hands-on expertise with FMCG or Food & Beverage products (preferred).Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take quick decisions.Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of analytics tools is an advantage.Target-oriented, proactive, and able to deliver results under pressure.
