Creative Design Director

About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and experienced Associate Design Manager to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our flagship events and a wide range of categories at Flipkart. You will lead the design and execution of impactful creative assets, bridging the gap between creative vision, business goals, and technical implementation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for key campaigns and events, from concept to final execution.
• Mentor and guide a team of designers , providing regular feedback to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams —including product, marketing, and engineering—to develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals.
• Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of innovative design.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and measure the success of projects.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and impact of your work.
• Contribute to the evolution of Flipkart’s design systems and processes, advocating for best practices in user experience.
