Client Relations Executive
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage client interactions and liaise between providers and advisory teams.
- Identify proper usage of momentum services and schedule advisor briefings.
- Consultatively work with clients to ensure they see value in their relationship with our organization.
- Drive monthly / quarterly targets of service usage per client assigned.
- Provide an overview of our tools, services, and offerings purchased and track their usage.
- Identify client concerns and compile suggestions to improve our products.
- Track and update client activity on a proprietary CRM Tool and create reports.
Requirements :
3-4 years' experience in client relationship and account management, marketing, and sales support function.Time management skills - juggling multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.Stakeholder Management - proactively troubleshooting client issues and working with internal research and IT team members.Consultative - understanding reporting concepts and discussing them with clients.Adaptive and Collaborative - flexible schedule and collaborating with global regions.Cross Functional Teamwork - breaking down silos and working with others to maximize impact.Communication - excellent written and verbal communication, previous experience working with global clients helpful.Fluent in German language.Education level :
Bachelor's Degree with a diploma in Marketing / Operations
