Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Avaya Sales Specialist with a strong track record in pre-sales, solution design, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Avaya products and services, including solution proposals, pricing, and customer follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end sales for Avaya solutions, from opportunity identification to closure
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and customised solution proposals tailored to client needs
- Work closely with technical teams to design feasible, cost-effective solutions
- Manage pricing, commercial negotiations, and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure consistent follow-ups
- Support the sales team in presentations, RFP / RFI responses, and demos
Qualifications & Skills :
6–10 years of experience in Avaya solution sales in the contact centre and unified communication domainsStrong understanding of Avaya products, pricing models, and deployment scenariosProven experience in BOQ preparation, solution proposals, and pricingExcellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyWhy Join Us :
