Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) - Engineering & Manufacturing

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure materials and work meet established standards.
  • Identify non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure consistent quality compliance.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation while supporting continuous process

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis for the West African market.
  • Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Coordinate with operations for order processing and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and trade policies.
  • Prepare and submit sales and operational performance reports.
  • Resolve operational and logistical issues to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Timing : 12.00 PM to 10.00 PM
